Availability of Our Game is on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw the availability of the game or amend the game without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason Our Game is unavailable for download at any time or for any period.
When using Our Game, you must comply with the provisions of our acceptable use policy below. By agreeing to these terms of use, you also agree to comply with our acceptable use policy when you use our Facebook page (located at www.facebook.com/supersolidgames).
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Internet (should you wish to use the features of Our Game that require Internet access). All payments for any In-Game Content will be made using Robux and such payments will be made via the Roblox Platform. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of Our App or on any website linked to it.

We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
