One of Supersolid’s top priorities is providing a great player experience within our games, making sure all players are treated equally with respect. The following standards are a guide on how you should interact when inside the Supersolid Games environment.
Please keep your account information safe and private. Giving access to your account puts you at risk. Do not share your account information or the account information of others. If you think your account might have been exposed to risk, please change your passwords and/or contact Apple or Google to enquire what else can be done in order to secure it.

Installing third-party software that modifies the app internal code is against our Terms & Conditions and prohibited. Players that incur in the use of these app modifications will be directly banned.
The use of Bluestacks and other similar apps is not prohibited, but please be aware that Supersolid games are not optimized for this software and we cannot guarantee good performance and the availability of all game features. We will not provide support for accounts played in Bluestacks and similar apps nor we will retrieve or restore your account, nor provide troubleshooting for it.
The actions taken by Supersolid will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the gravity, past user history, and other factors. Decisions taken by Supersolid are final, and for privacy reasons, these will not be discussed with other players.
If you suspect a player of unfair play or have viewed or experienced behavior that does not follow our Safe & Fair Play guidelines, please do let us know. You can always contact Supersolid Support via the game settings or directly through firstname.lastname@example.org, adding as much information as possible (including screenshots or a video if possible) so we can investigate and take any action we deem necessary.
