Our services and payment policy are governed by Apple iTunes Store Terms and Conditions. All billing and refund issues are processed by Apple, so you will need to contact them directly as we have no control over this area.
To arrange a refund, we would suggest you do the following:
- Go to iTunes and log in to your account management.
- Look through the purchase history and locate the order.
- Note the order number, and contact Apple’s support with it.
