This is the fastest and the most direct way of getting a refund.
Alternatively, you can try the following:
- Visit and login play.google.com from a device or home computer browser.
- Select “My Orders & Settings” by clicking either the gear in the upper right-hand corner or by scrolling to the bottom of the page.
- Next to the order you’d like to refund, select Report a problem, and follow the on-screen instructions to request the refund
- If you have more than one order to cancel, please repeat the step for all of them. We cannot identify extra orders without their right order numbers.
What Will Happen Next
After verifying your purchase by the order number, Google Play will proceed to cancel and refund the order within 1-3 working days. The money will then be returned to the credit/debit card that you registered with Google Wallet.
This will be done according to their schedule, and we have no control of it. Please be patient and check with your credit card company later if you require final confirmation.
